1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NutraMentorr. By accessing this website, submitting a booking form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

NutraMentorr provides nutrition consulting, education and coaching services for generally healthy adults. This includes body composition assessment, calorie and macronutrient programming, performance nutrition guidance, supplement review and ongoing coaching, as described on our Services page.

Services are delivered in person at our Austin, Texas office or remotely by video and email. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, and to update pricing, at any time. Changes to pricing do not affect a term you have already prepaid.

3. Not Medical Advice

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement on your own behalf.
• Clients aged 13 to 17 may be enrolled only with the documented consent and active participation of a parent or legal guardian.
• We do not provide services to individuals under 13.
• We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where we judge the service to be inappropriate for your circumstances — including where a clinical referral is the more appropriate course of action.

5. Bookings & Scheduling

• Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it in writing.
• We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.
• Appointment times are shown in US Central Time (CT).
• Please arrive or join on time. Sessions that start late will still end at the scheduled time.
• If you do not attend and have not given notice, the session is treated as delivered and is chargeable in full.

6. Fees & Payment

• Current fees are published on our Services page and are quoted in US dollars.
• One-time assessments are payable in advance of the session.
• Monthly coaching is billed monthly in advance on the anniversary of your start date.
• Prepaid multi-month terms are charged in full at the start of the term and do not auto-renew — you will be asked before any further charge.
• Discounts (student, military, multi-month) are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• We do not accept insurance. Itemized receipts for HSA/FSA submission are available on request; we cannot guarantee your plan will reimburse.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, the session may be treated as delivered at our discretion.

7.2 One-time assessments

Fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Inside 48 hours, or after the session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.

7.3 Monthly coaching

You may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice to info@nutramentorr.com. The current month is not refunded once check-ins or plan delivery have begun; no further months will be billed.

7.4 Prepaid terms

Prepaid 3- and 6-month terms may be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Unused whole months are refunded at the non-discounted monthly rate, less the value of services already delivered.

7.5 Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session, we will offer a replacement time or a full refund of that session, at your choice.

8. Your Responsibilities

The quality of any nutrition plan depends directly on the quality of the information behind it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, allergies, training and dietary intake.
• Disclose any diagnosed medical condition, current treatment, or history of disordered eating before or during your first session.
• Obtain medical clearance from your physician where we advise it, or where you have a condition that warrants it.
• Notify us promptly of any change in your health status during the engagement.
• Discontinue any recommendation immediately and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
• Use recommendations only for yourself — plans are individual and must not be shared or resold.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Nutrition outcomes depend on adherence, genetics, training, sleep, stress, medication, medical history and factors outside anyone's control. Testimonials and figures shown on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

We do not guarantee any specific result, rate of weight change, body composition outcome or performance improvement, and no statement made by us should be interpreted as such a guarantee.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, articles, calculators, graphics, layout and code — and all plans, documents and materials we produce for you remain the intellectual property of NutraMentorr.

You may use materials we prepare for you for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, resell or create derivative works from any of our content or materials without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Introduce malware, or use automated systems to scrape or overload the site.
• Submit false information, or impersonate another person, through any form on this site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• NutraMentorr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutraMentorr, its owners and personnel from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your misuse of any plan or recommendation provided to you.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or our services immediately, without refund of the current period, if you materially breach these Terms, behave abusively toward our personnel, or provide information we reasonably believe to be knowingly false.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by direct discussion for a period of at least 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
